Human Resource Assistant (Payroll Administration)

Provide support services to our business units in payroll administration and HR systems support
Verify attendance forms, calculate overtime payment and simulate payroll run to ensure that payroll is run promptly and accurately
Generate month-end reports and extract data from SAP
Attend to staff enquiries on payroll matters
Provide HR operational support in a shared service environment handling commencements, cessations, staff movements and benefits
Perform other administrative and logistics support duties such as filing, keeping inventory on PC, printers, notebooks, etc
Ad-Hoc projects and participate in system testing when required
Requirements
GCE ‘A’ level / Diploma
Must be willing to learn, meticulous and hardworking
Knowledge of SAP payroll, Time Management and SAP-HR query tool
Proficient in microsoft office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
